The Village Inn is dead easy to find. The simplest way is to go on the M5, join the M50 heading towards Wales and come off at the first junction.
The M50 was the first motorway ever built so the exit bends are tight - be careful. On the exit slip road there is a turning to the left. Take this. And yes, I do mean on the slip road which is two way. If you miss the turning go down to the roundabout, come back up the slip road and make a right turn off the slip road. I think this must be the only slip road on any motorway anywhere with a turning off.
Head over the cattle grid and keep going for about a mile. The Village Inn is at the end ofthe village green directly in front of you.
We will be the noisy lot on the left of the bar as you come in. Just come in and say "skittles" and someone will look after you - promise.
Last time we had just over 30 people and a tremendous buzz it was. We're not sure how many people we can have before it becomes uncomfortable so we're going to limit it to 40 this time and see how it goes. If you are going to drop out please let us know so that everyone gets a chance.
Details as previous - £4 each to include supper, sticker upper, hire of room, prizes etc. Bargain.
Supper has always been pretty good and will include plenty of chips and veggie options.
